1. Order Processing Time
✅ Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
✅ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
✅ Order Tracking: A tracking number will be shared once the order is dispatched.

- Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
📍 Shipping Within India:
We deliver across India using reliable courier partners. Delivery times vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas & North-East India: 7-10 business days
🚀 Express Shipping (if available) can be opted for at an additional charge.

3. Shipping Charges
🚚 Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight & location.
🚀 Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹[X] (if applicable).
📦 Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations with an additional fee of ₹[X].
4. Handling & Packaging
We ensure that all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are provided with extra protective packaging. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services globally. Stay tuned! 🌍
6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or non-acceptance, the customer will be responsible for:
- Paying the reshipping charges.
- In case of order cancellation due to non-delivery, only the product amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events.
- Courier or logistics partner delays beyond our control.
