However, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

2. Conditions for Replacement

For a smooth replacement process, please ensure:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, with original packaging & tags intact.

3. Preorder Policy

  • Preorder items, once ordered, cannot be refunded or cancelled.
  • All preorder sales are final. Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing a preorder.
  • Standard replacement policies (as outlined in Section 1) still apply to preorder items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. How to Request a Replacement?

5. Shipping & Return Costs
